I love this bag! The size is perfect for daily necessities. I also love that I am able to use the wrist strap and I also got the longer strap. Its great to throw in your work bag but also have an easy to-go anywhere else bag that does not weigh me down.

I misplaced all of my order information (confirmations, receipts, etc), but with a name and email Jonathan was able to look up my order information and shipping details and get me all of the info I needed. And I emailed on a Friday evening so I wasn’t expecting a response until the next week, but it was all in my inbox within 20 minutes! And the goods are just as amazing too boot!
